Mortgage Bonds are flat this morning, Stocks and bonds both tested there 200 day moving averages before being forced below to the 50 day average.
In the news today
Housing Starts: rose a 17% in May to come in better than expectations.
Building Permits: also came in better than expected. These are good signs that the affordable home prices, tax incentives and low home loan rates are attracting buyers to the market.
Currently, I am cautious for the near term. You may be able to be more agressive on a longer term. If stocks fall below the 50 day moving average then bonds may benefit.
