Keller Williams believes that real estate is a local service business, built around the individual agent and their reputation within their sphere of influence and the local market. We provide the Agents with world class training to enable them to maximize their personal lead generation, rather than branding a Company Name and charging the agents through a referral fee and/or high desk fees, etc.

Fact
Keller Williams associates will only pay the broker a total of $21,000 per anniversary year. Once your company split totals $21,000, you are "capped" and you keep 100% of your commissions for the remainder of your anniversary year, REGARDLESS of whether you are a new agent or a mega agent. Everyone pays the same!

Didn't Cap in your anniversary year? Don't worry -- Keller Williams is not going to make you mortgage your house, nor do you have to write a check to make up the difference -- both of which I have been asked about, by misinformed, non-Keller Williams agents. If you do not Cap in your anniversary year, you just simply start a new year - that's it -- like nothing ever happened, with no debt to pay!

Keller Williams is also an Open Book Company. We have to be, we profit share. There are no secrets. You can ask to look at the books at any time. Go ask your current Broker if you can look at their books and see what kind of answer you get.
