The Laugh Out Loud Comedy Tour Returns to Charlottesville to Fight Domestic Violence

The event is sponsored by Virginia National Bank and features some of today's hottest nationally recognized comedians - Jay Phillips, Gina Brillon, and Charlottesville's own, Pedro Martinez. Headlined by Jay Phillips from Los Angeles, famously known for his appearances in the box office hits, SEMI-PRO starring Will Ferrelle, BABY MAMMA starring Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, and PROM NIGHT with Brittnay Snow, each of which opened at #1 in weekend box office numbers. The beautifully talented Gina Brillon is one of the funniest comediennes reigning out of New York City. She was featured in Latina Magazine, Life & Style, MTV, and Comedy Central. The Shelter for Help in Emergency provides a tranquil, safe and private environment for women and their children who seek safety from domestic violence incidents. The organization also has resources to assist men who may call in need for similar support.
